Referral Programme Policy

Refer and earn 15% revenue commission for 1 year on successful referrals with Stacksync!

This referral programme policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions of the referral programme offered by Stacksync SA ("Stacksync"). By participating in the referral programme, you ("Referrer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

Eligibility

The referral programme is open to all users of Stacksync who are 18 years of age or older. To participate, the Referrer must have an active account with Stacksync.

Referral Process

To refer a new user to Stacksync, the Referrer must share their unique referral link with the potential new user. The referral link can be found in the Referrer's Stacksync account dashboard. The new user must sign up for a paid plan within 6 months of the registration date using the referral link provided by the Referrer.
Here are the Do's for sharing your affiliate link:
  • Share your affiliate link with your friends and family and partners.
  • Share your affiliate link on social media.
  • Share your affiliate link on community channels.
  • Share your affiliate link with your mailing list or anyone who might be interested in using Stacksync for their business needs.
The don'ts for the referral programme:
  • Refer yourself (use your own affiliate link to sign up to Stacksync)
  • Act on our behalf

Referral Bonus

For every successful referral, the Referrer will receive a referral bonus equal to 15% of the revenue generated by the new user for Stacksync for a duration of 12 months starting from the subscription of a paid plan. The revenue generated is calculated based on the amount paid by the new user for their Stacksync subscription plan. Unpaid bills do not count towards the referral bonus.

Payouts

Referral bonuses can be claimed 30 days after the new user has paid their bills. Payouts will be made to the Referrer's Stacksync account. The Referrer can use the payout towards their own Stacksync subscription plan or request a transfer to their bank account. Currency exchanges are applied, possibly with a fee. All banking fees resulting from the payment to the Referrer's bank account are to be borne by the Referrer.

Misconduct

Any misconduct that is against reasonable behaviour according to the referral programme policy can result in exclusion from the referral programme and a cancellation of any payout still to be processed at any point. Stacksync reserves the right to exclude anyone from the referral programme at any time without further reason to be provided.

Conclusion

By participating in the referral programme, the Referrer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. Stacksync reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. If you have any questions about the referral programme or this Policy, please contact Stacksync support.
